Cancellations

Please inform us as soon as possible of any cancellations.

Bookings made directly with Checo Hill

Cancellation of reservations must be received in writing. Cancellations made 30 plus days prior to reservation date will receive a 100% refund from the initial deposit less a $20.00 US processing fee. Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the reservation date will receive no refunds.

In the event of a 'no show' no refund will be given.

Checo Hill cannot be held responsible or liable for trip cancellation or altered itineraries due to reasons out of our control.

Bookings made through other sites

In the case of bookings made through Airbnb, Booking.com, VRBO or Expedia, these policies are superceded by the policies of the relevant booking site.

Children

Up to two children under 12 years of age sharing their parent’s room may stay free of charge. There is no charge for meals for children 4 years and under.
